Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Provide excellent customer service by understanding client needs and recommending appropriate products and solutions. Conduct product demonstrations and showroom tours for clients, showcasing the quality and craftsmanship of RITZLANE furniture. Keep abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify new sales opportunities. Prepare and deliver sales reports, forecasts, and other performance metrics to management. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales strategies and promotional materials. Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in sales, preferably in the furniture, luxury goods, or outdoor products industry. Strong understanding of the sales process and a customer-centric approach. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet sales goals. Proficient in MS Office Suite and CRM software.
