A personal assistant (PA) manages a variety of tasks to help their employer with their day-to-day activities. Some of their responsibilities include: Communication : Answering phone calls, responding to emails, and receiving messages Scheduling : Managing appointments, meetings, and conferences Travel : Booking flights, organizing accommodations, and planning itineraries Administrative tasks : Running errands, shopping, managing utility bills, and household supplies Research : Researching business functions or projects Financial tasks : Overseeing financial tasks and ensuring compliance with accounting regulations Document management : Managing filing systems, recording and filing documents, and storing important documents safely Presentations : Preparing presentations, reports, and correspondence Office systems : Monitoring office systems, such as files and digital data, for efficiency Inventory : Monitoring inventory levels of office supplies and restocking Confidentiality : Handling confidential information with discretion Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month Schedule: Fixed shift Education: Bachelor's (Required) Experience: total work: 2 years (Preferred) Language: English (Required) Work Location: In person
