Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Personal Assistant to support our Executive Director in Gachibowli, Rangareddy, Telangana 500032. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and be proficient in MS Office. This role is open to candidates with 0-3 years of experience.

Roles and Responsibility

Provide administrative support to the Executive Director, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
Manage and maintain complex calendars, scheduling appointments and meetings with precision.
Develop and implement effective filing systems, both physical and digital, for easy access to information.
Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, and transportation as needed.
Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations with exceptional writing and formatting skills.
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.

Job Requirements

Any graduate degree from a recognized institution.
Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with all levels.
Strong organizational and time management skills, capable of prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
Good knowledge of office administration, including record-keeping and inventory management.
