Job Summary: RITZLANE is seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Staff member to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in driving sales and expanding our customer base. This individual will have a strong background in sales, particularly within the furniture or luxury goods sector, and possess excellent communication and customer relationship skills. Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to drive sales and customer loyalty. Present and promote RITZLANE products to potential clients, highlighting the unique features and benefits of our premium outdoor furniture. Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Provide excellent customer service by understanding client needs and recommending appropriate products and solutions. Conduct product demonstrations and showroom tours for clients, showcasing the quality and craftsmanship of RITZLANE furniture. Keep abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify new sales opportunities. Prepare and deliver sales reports, forecasts, and other performance metrics to management. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales strategies and promotional materials. Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in sales, preferably in the furniture, luxury goods, or outdoor products industry. Strong understanding of the sales process and a customer-centric approach. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet sales goals. Proficient in MS Office Suite and CRM software.
