# **Job Description: Dog Boarding and Training Facility Manager** **Location:** Better Canine School Plot No. 1, Main Palra Sakatpur Road, Near Vansh Yadav General Store VPO Palra, Sector 70A Gurugram – 122101 **Salary:** ₹35,000 per month (based on experience and qualifications) --- ## **Job Summary** The **Dog Boarding and Training Facility Manager** is responsible for the overall operations, management, and success of the facility. This role includes supervising staff, ensuring exceptional standards of dog care and training, managing client relations, and driving business growth. The ideal candidate is an organized, experienced leader with a strong background in canine behavior, health, and training principles. --- ## **Key Responsibilities** ### **1. Staff Management & Development** * Recruit, hire, train, and supervise all staff, including trainers, dog handlers, and administrative personnel. * Develop and manage staff schedules to ensure smooth operations. * Conduct performance reviews, provide feedback, and support professional development. * Foster a positive, safe, and collaborative work culture. ### **2. Facility Operations** * Oversee daily facility operations, ensuring top standards in safety, cleanliness, and animal welfare. * Develop and enforce protocols for dog intake, feeding, exercise, enrichment, and health monitoring. * Manage inventory of food, supplies, and cleaning products, placing timely orders. * Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations. ### **3. Canine Care & Training** * Maintain expert knowledge of canine behavior, health, and training methods. * Supervise staff in handling dogs safely and humanely. * Assist trainers with complex behavioral cases and review training programs. * Implement and monitor vaccination and health check requirements. ### **4.
