Location : Bangalore (Onsite)

Experience : 6 to 8 Yrs

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day maintenance of the building (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, etc.)
• Ensure cleaning, housekeeping, and landscaping activities are done properly
• Identify and fix issues before they become major problems
• Ensure building safety and security procedures are followed
• Conduct regular safety inspections
• Handle emergency preparedness and compliance requirements
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors (cleaning, maintenance, repairs)
• Negotiate contracts and monitor service quality
• Approve completed work and payments
• Prepare and manage facility budgets
• Track expenses and control operational costs, Identify cost-saving opportunities
• Communicate with residents regarding maintenance and facility updates
• Handle complaints, service requests, and escalations professionally
• Maintain good relationships with customers
• Manage renovation, repair, or improvement projects
• Maintain records of maintenance, inspections, and vendor contracts

Key Skills :

• Strong experience in facility or property management
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Ability to handle vendors, residents, and escalations
• Basic knowledge of budgeting and compliance
• Problem-solving and customer-focused attitude
