Coordinate with the healthcare team to ensure smooth workflow in the unit. Qualifications & Experience: Education: GNM / B.Sc. Nursing / M.Sc. Nursing from a recognized institution. Registration: Valid registration with the Delhi Nursing Council (DNC). Experience: 0–3 years (Freshers may also apply; experience in a reputed hospital preferred). Skills & Competencies: Excellent patient care and observation skills. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities. Knowledge of hospital safety and infection control protocols. Ability to work in a team and handle stressful situations calmly. Proficiency in documentation and basic computer skills.
