Job Summary

Facility Manager

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end
facility operations
of the hospital including engineering, maintenance, and utilities
Oversee HVAC, electrical systems, plumbing, fire safety, medical gas pipeline systems, and building maintenance
Ensure uninterrupted functioning of critical hospital services and infrastructure
Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and service providers for facility services
Plan and monitor preventive and breakdown maintenance schedules
Ensure compliance with
healthcare regulations, safety norms, and statutory requirements
Handle facility budgeting, cost control, and resource optimization
Supervise facility staff including technicians, housekeeping coordination, and support teams
Implement SOPs for facility management and emergency response
Conduct regular audits, inspections, and risk assessments
Support NABH / JCI / other accreditation requirements related to facility management
Coordinate with clinical and administrative departments for operational support

Eligibility Criteria

B.Tech / M.Tech in Engineering (Electrical / Mechanical / Civil or related field)
Experience in
healthcare facility management
preferred
