This individual will be responsible to deliver project related activities and coordinate with cross functional business teams in to open new stores sourcing/ maintenance/ Civil works. Safety Management: Preparation of Work permit to contractor for HOT & COLD Work & get approval of the same from Safety department & Site Head. Assure the safety certificate of all lifting machinery and equipment like Cranes, Hydra, chain pulley, and Belts. Verify and implement the safety at contractor for proper PPE (Personal Protection Equipment). Construction Management: Adequate Knowledge about the standards & codes (like ASME Section -VIII, Div.1, ASME B 16.5 & B31.3) of Fabrication of Static Equipment, Structure & Piping Isometrics. Review of issued mechanical construction drawings, and prepare BOQ Prepare and submit DPR (Daily Progress Report) of all mechanical execution activities in respect to contractor Manpower, Project Store material in respect to project plan. Responsible for implementation of the scope of work as related to construction/ fabrication, pre- of Work, and in accordance with the approved Project Schedule. Ensures all changes to specifications, work scope and drawings are documented.
