Job Opportunity: Senior Facility Executive

Location: Gurugram (Local candidates preferred)

Industry: IT

Immediate Joiners Preferred

Working Days: 5 Days (Monday-Friday)

Fixed Offs: Saturday & Sunday

Shift Timing: General Shift (Day Shift)

Note: No cab facility provided

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Facilities & Administration professional from the IT industry to independently manage the day-to-day operations of our Gurugram office. This role covers facilities, vendor coordination, transport, cafeteria, housekeeping, security, and compliance with EHS standards.

The ideal candidate will be proactive, customer-focused, and solution-oriented with proven experience in handling corporate facilities in a fast-paced IT environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end facilities operations including housekeeping, cafeteria, pantry, and security.

  • Ensure upkeep and maintenance of office assets, infrastructure, and equipment.

  • Coordinate with vendors, landlords, and building teams for timely issue resolution.

  • Manage employee transport, logistics, pantry, and event arrangements.

  • Monitor costs, prepare budgets, and ensure timely vendor payments.

  • Support audits, compliance, fire safety, and EHS activities.

  • Maintain daily checklists, MIS, and management reports.

Candidate Requirements

Education:

  • Bachelors Degree / Hotel Management (preferred from reputed institutes).

Experience:

  • 7-12 years in Facilities/Administration with proven experience in the IT industry.

Skills:

  • Strong expertise in facilities & vendor management

  • Proficiency in MS Office & reporting

  • Excellent communication & interpersonal skills

  • Organized, proactive, and self-motivated
