Facility Executive

Role Description

We are hiring a Facility Executive for a full-time on-site role in Bhubaneswar. The Facility Executive will oversee day-to-day facility operations to ensure optimal functionality and customer satisfaction. Determine the required number of personnel for various services (e.g., housekeeping, security, maintenance, pantry, helpdesk) and coordinate their allocation and shift schedules to ensure adequate coverage at all times. Also responsibilities include managing building facilities, coordinating maintenance activities, supervising housekeeping and technical services, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and fostering positive client relationships. The role also requires effective communication and problem-solving to maintain high service levels and operational efficiency. Serve as the primary point of contact during the initial visit to build rapport and understand specific requirements and expectations.Actively listen to the client's needs, pain points, and specific demands related to service frequencies, quality standards, and operational hours (e.g., reception area cleaning frequency).Strong Communication skills to interact effectively with clients, vendors, and team members.Excellent organizational, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.Familiarity with security, safety, and compliance protocols is an advantage.
