Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field — preferably in facility management, property services, Staffing & Recruitment Services, Real Estate, Corporate Event Management, Management Services, Maintenance Contractors, Security Services Providers or B2B solutions.
  • Develop strategies to enter new markets and segments.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
  • Prepare and present tailored proposals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams for smooth service delivery.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.


Requirements:

  • Any Bachelor’s degree
  • 1–5 years of B2B sales/business development experience.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
  • Experience in Facility Management, Real Estate, or related industries is an advantage.
