Note - This role requires extensive travel, with approximately 80% on-ground presence across multiple locations in India.

What Will You Drive

As an Admin Manager, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing administrative functions across multiple supply locations in India. This role calls for a proactive leader who thrives in dynamic, multi-site environments and is passionate about creating scalable processes and operational excellence. You will:

● Build & Streamline Processes: Establish admin processes from the ground up for new locations and improve existing workflows for efficiency and compliance.

● Oversee Multi-Location Operations: Supervise day-to-day admin activities across zones, ensuring

smooth functioning, infrastructure upkeep, and adherence to company standards.

● Lead & Empower Teams: Manage the pan-India admin team, driving accountability, performance

tracking, and cross-location coordination.

● Manage Vendors: Negotiate and maintain long-term relationships with vendors for facility,

maintenance, and consumable services while ensuring cost-effective and high-quality delivery.

● Drive Expansion & Travel: Travel extensively to support new setups, manage escalations, and

coordinate with internal teams, landlords, and authorities for rapid roll-outs.


Who Are We Looking For

We’re seeking a dynamic, detail-oriented, and hands-on admin professional who can balance strategic thinking with on-ground execution. The ideal candidate will have:

● Proven experience in process creation, SOP development, and facility management.

● Strong leadership and cross-location team management capabilities.

● Expertise in vendor management, negotiation, and service delivery optimization.

● Ability to thrive in fast-paced, unstructured environments and bring scalable order.

● Excellent communication, organizational, and decision-making skills.

● High mobility and readiness to travel extensively across India
