Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Sales Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of sales representatives, setting clear goals, providing ongoing coaching, and performance feedback to maximize sales productivity. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to penetrate new markets and expand customer base within the luxury home fragrance segment. Client Relationship Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients, including high-end retailers, interior designers, and luxury lifestyle boutiques. Understand customer needs and preferences, tailoring product presentations and sales Business Development: Identify potential new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation. Conduct effective sales presentations to showcase unique product offerings and brand story. Brand Advocacy: Deep understanding of brand values, social impact mission, and sustainability practices. Effectively communicate the brand story to clients and sales team, ensuring alignment with company vision. Reporting and Analysis: Track sales performance metrics, analyze data, and generate comprehensive sales reports to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. Provide insights to senior management on market dynamics, competitor analysis, and sales forecasting.
