About the Role We are seeking an experienced and visionary Director of Technology with expertise in MERN & related tech to lead the development of our next-generation platform. As a core member of the leadership team, you will drive technical strategy, architecture, and implementation while building and managing a high-performing development team. Key Responsibilities Lead the development of scalable and maintainable web applications and RESTful APIs. Architect, design, and implement efficient backend solutions using Node.js. Oversee front-end development with React.js, ensuring seamless user experiences. Build and maintain microservices-based APIs for seamless data integration. Define and execute the technology roadmap in alignment with business goals. Lead, mentor, and grow a team of full-stack developers. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make critical architectural decisions. Familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and Docker. Experience with TypeScript and GraphQL.
