Salary: ₹15,000 to ₹25,000 per month (based on experience and last drawn salary)

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Backend Developer / Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in MongoDB and Node.js to join our dynamic team at Benda Infotech. The ideal candidate should have solid backend development experience and a passion for clean, scalable code.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain backend logic and APIs using Node.js and Express.js
• Work with MongoDB for database design, queries, indexing, and performance optimization
• Collaborate with frontend developers to integrate user-facing elements
• Ensure application performance, scalability, and security
• Participate in code reviews and team meetings
• Debug and resolve production issues efficiently
• Maintain documentation for developed modules

Key Requirements:

• 1–5 years of hands-on experience in backend or full stack development
• Strong expertise in MongoDB and Node.js is a must
• Experience with RESTful APIs, Express.js, and JavaScript
• Good understanding of code versioning tools like Git
• Knowledge of front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, and React is a plus
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
• Strong communication and team collaboration skills

• Working Days: Monday to Friday
