About the Role: Benda Infotech is a IT solution provider company based in India and USA, we are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented System and IT Operations Specialist to oversee our organization’s technical infrastructure, including security systems, IT hardware, network connectivity, and daily operational support. This multifaceted role ensures the smooth functioning of workplace technology and physical security, with a strong emphasis on proactive support, system maintenance, and operational continuity. Key Responsibilities: Monitor and maintain CCTV systems and ensure consistent security surveillance. Manage biometric attendance systems, including troubleshooting and daily reporting. Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, and other IT equipment. Maintain stable network and internet performance, including VPN access and remote support. Perform regular system checks, basic maintenance, and hardware/software troubleshooting. Assist with data entry and basic reporting related to attendance and system logs. What We’re Looking For: Proven experience in IT support, system administration, or technical operations. Familiarity with security devices, biometric systems, and access control technologies. Good working knowledge of computer systems, networking basics, and VPN configuration. Strong communication skills and a proactive, organized work style. Preferred Qualifications: Diploma or degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Basic experience with tools like MS Office, Google Workspace, or IT ticketing systems. Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or similar are a plus.
