We are a global B2B bed bank, providing travel agencies and partners with access to thousands of hotels worldwide through our booking platform and API. Our mission is to ensure seamless, reliable, and accurate hotel distribution for our partners every day.🔧

What You’ll Do

Monitor and support API and channel manager connectionsAssist with mapping issues, rate discrepancies, or room-type mismatchesProvide first-level technical support to internal teams (Operations, Reconfirmation, Finance)Troubleshoot booking and system issues reported by partnersSupport the setup of new connections and toolsDocument issues, solutions, and system updatesParticipate in testing new features and platform improvements📘

What We’re Looking For

Basic understanding of IT, booking engines, or travel distribution (Juniper, Travel Compositor, TGX, etc. Is a plus)Familiarity with APIs (XML/JSON) is a plusStrong problem-solving and analytical mindsetGood communication skills (English required)Fast learner with attention to detailTeam player and customer-service oriented0–1 year of experience in IT support or travel tech preferred🎓

Education

Degree or diploma in IT / Computer Science / Engineering ORExperience in travel tech or hotel systems (even internships) is a big plus🚀
