Job Description

Job Title: Backend Developer

We’re looking for a Backend Developer to maintain Infinis, our existing CRM tool, and keep it reliable, efficient, and effective. You’ll build and maintain server-side components, design and implement RESTful APIs, manage data storage, optimize performance, and work closely with front-end developers to ensure seamless integration.

Responsibilities

1. API Development:

Build and update server APIs with Node.js and Express.js.

2. Database Management:

Design and manage MongoDB schemas; keep data organized and fast.

3. System Integration:

Collaborate with React developers and connect services like payment gateways or messaging.

4. Testing & Code Quality:

Write unit and integration tests; review code and follow best practices.

5. Documentation & Deployment:

Write clear technical notes and help deploy code using Git, Docker, and cloud tools.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology (IT), or a related field.
Good knowledge of Node.js, Express.js, MongoDB, and JavaScript (ECMAScript 2015+).
Basic understanding of React to collaborate on full-stack projects.
Experience building RESTful (Representational State Transfer) Application Programming Interfaces (APIs) and simple microservices.
Familiarity with Git, Docker, and basic Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) workflows.
Awareness of security basics like JSON Web Token (JWT) and Open Authorization (OAuth).
knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
