Cogzin Technologies is looking for a dynamic Sales Manager to join our team in Siliguri . In this role, you will play a key part in expanding our client base and helping establish Cogzin Technologies as a trusted name in the IT services industry. We are seeking someone who is based in or willing to relocate to Siliguri, and who thrives in a target-driven, fast-paced environment . Key Responsibilities: Drive sales growth by identifying and converting new business opportunities in the IT services sector (Website Development, Mobile App Development, Custom Software, and more). Build, manage, and grow relationships with corporate clients and strategic partners . Develop and execute effective sales strategies tailored to client needs. Conduct regular market research to identify potential clients and industry trends. Prepare compelling presentations, proposals, and sales pitches to support the sales process. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery and high customer satisfaction . Consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets . What We’re Looking For: 1–2+ years of experience in Sales (preferably in the IT or Technology Services industry). Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills . Strong knowledge of sales tools, lead generation strategies, and CRM systems . Ability to work independently and take full ownership of sales targets. Must be based in Siliguri or willing to relocate. Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or a related field is preferred. Salary & Benefits: This is a full-time, on-site role based in Siliguri, with a salary range of ₹1.8 LPA to ₹2.4 LPA , depending on experience and performance. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to prospective clients from provided leads or databases. Clearly explain our IT services and solutions to potential customers. Identify business opportunities and generate qualified leads. Schedule appointments or meetings for the sales team with interested clients.
