MERN Stack Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced MERN Stack Developer with 4+ years of hands-on experience in building robust web applications. The ideal candidate should be proficient in MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js, with a strong understanding of RESTful APIs, modern frontend frameworks, and backend integration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, test, and maintain scalable web applications using the MERN stack.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Write clean, reusable, and efficient code.
• Optimize applications for speed, scalability, and responsiveness.
• Integrate third-party APIs and services.
• Ensure high-quality graphic standards and brand consistency.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to team learning.
• Troubleshoot and debug applications.
• Maintain and improve existing systems.
• Implement security and data protection best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 4+ years of hands-on experience with MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js.
• Strong understanding of JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and ES6+ features.
• Experience with RESTful APIs, JWT/Auth, and third-party integrations.
• Solid experience with version control systems like Git/GitHub.
• Familiarity with modern front-end build pipelines and tools (Webpack, Babel, NPM).
• Experience with Redux, Hooks, Context API is a plus.
• Ability to write unit and integration tests (Jest, Mocha, etc.).
• Good knowledge of deployment using Docker, AWS, Heroku, or similar.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with GraphQL, Next.js, or TypeScript.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines.
• Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Pay: ₹261,139.12 - ₹1,232,600.50 per year
