Job Summary:

Mentor

Responsibilities:

Provide mentorship and guidance on MERN stack technologies to learners or junior developers.
Review and provide constructive feedback on code and projects.
Assist learners in building full-stack web applications using MERN stack.
Help troubleshoot technical issues and debug code with mentees.
Stay current with the latest trends in web development and share knowledge with mentees.
Conduct mock interviews and provide career coaching
Foster a supportive and inclusive learning environment.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a MERN Stack Developer (MongoDB, Express, React, Node.js).
Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, version control (Git)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Previous mentoring, teaching, or coaching experience is a strong plus.
Familiarity with tools like Slack, GitHub, and learning management systems.
Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for teaching.
