Your Responsibilities:

• 📞 Conduct outbound calls to prospective students.
• 🤝 Counsel students on course selection and career paths.
• 🎯 Convert leads into admissions by effectively communicating course value.
• 📋 Maintain and update CRM records and follow-ups.
• 💡 Collaborate with the marketing and academic teams to align messaging.
  

Skills We’re Looking For:

• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Confidence in handling phone and in-person conversations.
• A positive attitude with a passion for helping students.
• Basic understanding of career paths in tech (training provided).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  

Eligibility:

• Freshers welcome (0–1 year experience)
• Any degree or diploma background
• Malayalam + English fluency preferred
