Key Responsibilities

Lead & Inquiry Management

• Handle inbound leads from Meta, referrals, local ads, WhatsApp, and email campaigns.
• Engage with prospects to promote free and paid orientation sessions.
• Conduct confirmation calls, send reminders, and follow up to ensure participation.
• Maintain and update customer information accurately in the CRM system.

Registration & Conversion

• Assist participants during orientation sessions and manage on-site registrations.
• Build strong rapport with attendees, address their queries, and ensure a smooth experience.
• Follow up for fee payments and convert leads into registered participants.
• Reconnect with absentees to invite them to future sessions.

Referral Generation & Engagement

• Develop lasting relationships with students and participants to encourage referrals.
• Coordinate with faculty and team members to support post-session engagement.
• Explore outreach opportunities in schools, colleges, and communities to increase visibility.
