Job Description

As an Export Sales Manager for Basillia, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and expanding our market reach for organic and natural bulk food products. Your responsibilities will include: - Identifying and targeting potential B2B customers within the organic industry and other businesses interested in organic and natural bulk products. - Developing and maintaining a robust sales pipeline through proactive prospecting, strategic cold calling, and networking to create new business opportunities. - Building and nurturing long-term relationships with existing clients, ensuring they consistently receive exceptional service and support. - Conducting thorough research on client needs and preferences, tailoring product offerings to meet specific requirements and contribute to overall customer satisfaction. - Providing in-depth product knowledge and training to clients, addressing inquiries and assisting them in making informed purchasing decisions. - Maintaining accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions. - Proactively monitoring and enhancing client satisfaction, seeking feedback and addressing concerns to ensure a positive customer experience. - Staying up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and emerging products. Sharing acquired knowledge within the company to contribute to the overall team's expertise. - Demonstrating a proven track record of consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets and goals. - Utilizing excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build strong rapport with clients. - Applying strong sales closing skills with a customer-centric approach. - Being self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision. - Having familiarity with organic products and a genuine passion for sustainability and healthy living. - Being willing to travel for client meetings and industry events as necessary. Qualifications required for this role include: - MBA/PGDM in Marketing, International Business, or related field. - 2-6 years of B2B/Bulk sales experience (FMCG/Agri/Organic/Export sectors preferred). - Strong negotiation, networking, and relationship-building skills. - Strong analytical and leadership skills. - Tech-savvy and open to AI-based planning and reporting systems. - Familiarity with export processes, organic certifications, and bulk trading practices. - Proactive, target-driven, and willing to travel for business meetings.
