Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for an Export Sales Manager at Agarwal Minerals, located in Kishangarh, Rajasthan. The Export Sales Manager will oversee day-to-day export activities, develop and manage international sales strategies, build and nurture relationships with existing and new clients abroad, and identify new export markets. The role also involves managing business planning and facilitating successful transactions in alignment with company goals, ensuring compliance with export regulations.

Qualifications

• Experience and skills in Export procedures, International Sales, and International Business
• Proficiency in Sales strategies and Business Planning
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities
• Knowledge of markets in ceramic, glass, and other relevant industries is an advantage
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, International Business, or a related field
• Proven experience in managing export operations with an emphasis on achieving sales targets
