*Job Description* – Export Sales Manager (Female) Location : Vashi, Navi Mumbai Industry : Fresh Fruits, Vegetables and processed food Export * Department * : International Sales & Export Operations Job Summary We are looking for a highly skilled Export Sales Manager to drive international sales of fresh fruits, vegetables and processed food. The role involves client acquisition, market development, export documentation coordination, rate negotiation, and managing end-to-end export operations. Key Responsibilities Identify and develop new buyers in Middle East, Europe, and Asian markets for fresh produce. Manage end-to-end export sales cycles including inquiry handling, pricing, negotiation, and order closure. Coordinate with operations team for quality checks, packing, logistics, and shipment planning. Build strong relationships with international clients and maintain regular communication. Monitor market trends, competitor pricing, and global demand patterns. Ensure export documentation accuracy (Invoice, Packing List, Phyto, BL, COO etc.) in coordination with CHA. Follow up on payments, ensure timely collections, and maintain profitability targets. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as per company goals.
