Export Documentation Executive

• Prepare pre-shipment and post-shipment export documents (Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading, Certificate of Origin, etc.).
  
• Draft and verify Letter of Credit (LC) clauses and ensure document compliance with LC terms.
  
• Coordinate with banks for document submission and negotiation under LC/DP/DA terms.
  

• Liaise with freight forwarders, shipping lines, customs brokers, and transporters.
  
• Coordinate with production and stores teams to ensure timely dispatch of export consignments.
  
• Communicate with overseas clients for shipment schedules and documentation needs.
  

• Ensure all export activities comply with government regulations (DGFT, Customs, GST, etc.).
  
• File and maintain documentation records for audits and statutory requirements.
  
• Ensure timely application for export incentives (RoDTEP, RoSCTL, etc.).
  

• Maintain shipment tracker and documentation dashboard.
  
• Provide regular updates on pending shipments, delays, or documentation issues.
  

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Thorough knowledge of export documentation procedures.
  
• Familiarity with customs clearance, shipping terms, and logistics.
  
• Strong coordination and communication skills.
  
• Attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.
  
• Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and SAP/Tally, etc.).
