Export Documentation Executive

Position: Export Documentation Executive

• Prepare and verify all export documents, including invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, bill of lading, and other required paperwork.
• Ensure compliance with international trade laws, export regulations, and customs requirements.
• Coordinate with government agencies, freight forwarders, and shipping companies for smooth shipment processing.

Shipment Coordination:

• Liaise with suppliers, transporters, and customs agents to ensure timely dispatch and delivery of goods.
• Track and monitor shipments, updating stakeholders on the status.
• Resolve any documentation discrepancies or customs clearance issues.

Record-Keeping & Reporting:

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of export documentation.
• Prepare reports related to export transactions, shipment schedules, and compliance status.
• Ensure proper filing of all shipment-related documents for audit and legal purposes.

Desired Skills & Qualifications:

• Educational Qualification:

  Bachelor's or Masters degree in Commerce (B.Com/M.Com) or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in export documentation, preferably in the manufacturing or food industry.
• Strong knowledge of international trade regulations, shipping procedures, and customs documentation.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and export documentation software.
• Excellent coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple shipments simultaneously.
