The designation is – Documentation Executive

Experience – Industry Experience of 3-5 years

Salary – Maximum – Rs. 35,000

Education – Minimum Full time Graduation from any field from a reputed university.

The job description is as below.

1. Getting the rates for ocean & air shipments from liner, Forwarder, CHA , Transporter , agents for Imports & Exports in 2-3 members, comparing and discuss with superior and negotiating the rates.

2. Quote the sufficient rates to Customer as advised from Manager,

3. Will place the booking in Liner site for sea shipments and Air place the booking thru forwarder. Plan and supervise the Exports and Imports entire Shipments from Shipper place to Destination door deliver

4. Preparing Pre shipment documents, Shipment follow ups from Check list verification, Preparing Draft and SI instruction and Submission, draft’s and ACD to liner, request liner invoice in odex , DBk and EGM details

5. Stuffing report arranged and share to customer and share pre alert documents to agent and follow up the shipment status up to door and convey the exact status of cargo to customer & also consignee & agent.

6. Get Post shipment documents from concern forwarders, Transporters, Liners, consolidators… Maintain internal documents as correct & perfect and agent outstanding & also Transporter.
