Ltd. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Export Coordinator to join our growing team in Sahibabad Industrial area, Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh Are you passionate about global trade and ensuring seamless international shipments? We're looking for a proactive individual to manage the end-to-end export process, ensuring compliance with international regulations and timely delivery of our products worldwide. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and process export documentation (invoices, packing lists, B/Ls, Certificates of Origin, etc.). Coordinate with freight forwarders, carriers, and customs brokers for efficient logistics. Ensure strict compliance with international trade laws and customs procedures. Track shipments and provide timely updates to internal and external stakeholders. Resolve any issues or delays related to export operations. Qualification : Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Trade, Logistics, or a related field. Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in export documentation management. In-depth knowledge of international trade regulations, customs procedures, and shipping documentation. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Proficiency in using documentation management software and tools. Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
