Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Experience Manager to join our team at ATHIVA Resort & Spa, with 3-5 years of experience in the hospitality industry.


Roles and Responsibility
  • Manage and oversee daily operations to ensure exceptional guest experiences.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with various departments to achieve business objectives.
  • Analyze feedback and resolve issues promptly.
  • Train and guide staff members on best practices.
  • Monitor and control expenses to maintain profitability.
