As an Experience Manager at Escapeverse, your role will be crucial in leading guest journeys and ensuring unforgettable adventures for all visitors. You will be responsible for hosting the adventure by greeting guests with energy and setting the stage with immersive storytelling. Additionally, you will act as the Game Master of the mission, running games, providing story-driven hints, and maintaining the thrill throughout. Your attention to detail will be essential in resetting rooms flawlessly to uphold the magical experience for every group. Key Responsibilities: - Host the Adventure - Greet guests with energy and immersive storytelling. - Be the Game Master of the Mission - Run games, provide hints, and maintain the thrill. - Reset rooms flawlessly. - Manage bookings, walk-ins, and game schedules. - Ensure seamless and fun experiences for every group. In terms of qualifications, we are looking for individuals with: - Strong communication and presentation skills, proficiency in English and Hindi/Marathi is preferred. - Confident and people-first personality with leadership potential. - Background in hospitality, theatre, events, or customer service is a plus. - Ability to multitask and remain composed in high-energy environments. - Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
