Role Overview

 We’re hiring Experience Managers (Full-Time & Part-Time) to lead guest journeys at

 Escapeverse. You’ll welcome guests, narrate stories, manage bookings, host games as

 Game Master, and ensure smooth operations — becoming the face of Escapeverse.

Key Responsibilities

1. Host the Adventure
2. Greet guests with energy and set the stage with immersive storytelling.
3. Be the Game Master of the Mission
4. Run games, give story-driven hints, and keep the thrill alive.
5. Reset rooms flawlessly so the magic never breaks.
6. Manage bookings, walk-ins, and game schedules.
7. Ensure every group’s journey is seamless and fun.
8. Create Shareable Moments

Who We’re Looking For

1.  Strong communication and presentation skills (English + Hindi/Marathi preferred).
2. Confident, people-first personality with leadership potential.
3. Background in hospitality, theatre, events, or customer service is a plus.
4. Ability to multitask and stay calm in high-energy environments.
5. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
