Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Prepare pre-shipment documents such as commercial invoices, packing lists, and bills of lading.
Coordinate with suppliers for timely delivery of goods.
Ensure accurate documentation of shipments, including export/import licenses and certificates.
Manage post-shipment activities like insurance claims processing and freight negotiations.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve any issues related to exports/imports.

Desired Candidate Profile

4-8 years of experience in EXIM (Export-Import) industry.
Strong knowledge of export import logistics, shipping, manufacturing industry, packaging, and shipment procedures.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high levels of accuracy and attention to detail.
Proficiency in preparing various types of export import documents (e.g., DGFT).

Salary will be based on experience.
