Exim Executive

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain comprehensive checklists for export documentation processes to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Prepare Form 13 and coordinate with clients to gather necessary information and documentation.
• Coordinate with clients and stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely submission of Verified Gross Mass (VGM) information.
• Monitor customs examination processes to ensure smooth clearance of shipments.
• Collaborate with Container Freight Stations (CFS), transporters, and internal teams to coordinate logistics and transportation of export shipments.
• Utilize ONS Software to manage and process export documentation efficiently.
• Proficiently use MS Office, particularly Excel, to manage data and generate reports as required.

Minimum Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in any field.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in the operations field, preferably in logistics or freight forwarding.

Skills:

• Exceptional prioritization and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
• Strong problem-solving abilities to address issues that may arise during export documentation processes.
• Keen attention to detail to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations.
• Excellent networking skills to effectively communicate and collaborate with clients, customs officials, transporters, and internal teams.
• Experience working with ONS Software required
• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, for data management and reporting.
