Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer queries and provide timely resolutions.
  • Maintain and update DSR (Daily Sales Report) accurately.
  • Draft professional emails and client correspondence.
  • Coordinate effectively with key clients and internal teams.
  • Ensure timely communication and service delivery.
  • Follow up on service requests and ensure closure.

Requirements:

  • Only Male candidates required
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years in transport/logistics customer service
  • Knowledge of DSR: Strong understanding and hands-on experience
  • Communication: Proficient in drafting emails and client communication
  • Good interpersonal skills and a proactive approach
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
