Garage Incharge

We are looking for an experienced Garage Incharge with a strong background in the transportation and logistics industry. The ideal candidate will have 3-4 years of hands-on experience in managing garage operations, ensuring the smooth functioning of vehicles, handling bookings, traffic management, and overseeing maintenance activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage Garage Operations: Oversee maintenance, servicing, and repairs of fleet vehicles, ensuring timely dispatch, vehicle bookings, and smooth operations.
• Staff Supervision & Coordination: Supervise garage staff (mechanics, helpers, etc.), ensuring high productivity, safety standards, and effective traffic management for fleet vehicles.
• Fleet Maintenance & Compliance: Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules, maintain detailed records, and ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and documentation requirements.
• Driver Liaison & Performance Monitoring: Coordinate with drivers for proper vehicle use, monitor performance, fuel efficiency, and adherence to schedules to minimize delays and ensure operational readiness.

Requirement :
3-4 years of experience in transport field is must.
