  (Quantitative Justification: Total Nos. of Bill of Entries (Original Customs Cleared/ Assessed Approved Copies):

980 Nos. (Approx) Per year; being physically submitted to the respective plants to

(a) enable the Plants to avail the CENVAT-Credit); & (b) enable the HO Finance to make the foreign/ overseas suppliers payments/ remittances).

• Pre-Verification of Import and Export EXIM Service Providers Bills with respect to the EXIM Service Orders

  (Quantitative Justification: Total Nos. of Invoices (1-set of Invoices consisting of Freight + Customs Clearance + Local Road Transportation): 2950 Nos. Per Year (Imports) + 1150 Nos. Per Year (Exports))

• Preparation of Z SAP 267 Series POs Creation for facilitation of GRN’s of Imported Materials

  (Quantitative Justification: Total Nos. of Shipments/ PO’s (All Imported Direct Material/ Production Parts): 650-PO’s Per Year

Candidate open for 1 year renewable third party contractual role.

Good Communication Skills

Min 3 Yrs experience in Import

Exp in Automobile is preferred.
