Handle documentation: Prepare, review, and maintain all necessary documents such as commercial invoices, packing lists, and bills of lading. Coordinate logistics: Liaise with freight forwarders, customs brokers, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure the smooth and timely movement of goods. Ensure compliance: Make sure all operations adhere to international trade laws, safety standards, and EXIM regulations. Track shipments: Monitor the status of shipments and proactively address any delays or issues that arise.
