Exim Executive

An EXIM (Export-Import) Executive manages the end-to-end process of a company's international trade operations, including documentation, customs clearance, and logistics. Key responsibilities include ensuring compliance with regulations, coordinating with stakeholders like customs brokers and freight forwarders, and monitoring shipments to resolve any delays. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and good communication. Key responsibilities

• Manage import/export processes: Oversee all aspects of the import and export process, from initial documentation to final delivery.
• Handle documentation: Prepare, review, and maintain all necessary documents such as commercial invoices, packing lists, and bills of lading.
• Coordinate logistics: Liaise with freight forwarders, customs brokers, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure the smooth and timely movement of goods.
• Ensure compliance: Make sure all operations adhere to international trade laws, safety standards, and EXIM regulations.
• Track shipments: Monitor the status of shipments and proactively address any delays or issues that arise.
• Maintain records: Keep accurate records of all EXIM transactions and maintain organized files.
• Provide reporting: Generate regular updates and reports on EXIM activities.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
