Key Responsibilities: - End to End Recruitment in IT, including gathering requirements from Managers and CEOs - Lateral or Leadership hiring for IT profiles such as Java, .Net, Angular, React, Python, etc. - Prepare and design Job Descriptions/Job specifications, and post JDs with exact requirements - Search and screen CVs using databases, social networks, job posting sites, etc. - Call, shortlist, and screen suitable candidates for open positions, ensuring the right match - Conduct interviews, filter candidates, and maintain candidate database - Promote the company's reputation as the best place to work - Manage daily calling or sourcing targets, post job openings on various portals - Check emails, inquiries, and respond promptly, forwarding relevant information as needed - Utilize tools such as Word, Excel, PPT, Internet, and PDF effectively Qualifications Required: - Experience in End to End Recruitment in IT - Proficiency in lateral or leadership hiring for IT profiles - Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with technical teams - Knowledge of IT technologies and architectures in 2020 - Familiarity with tools such as Word, Excel, PPT, Internet, and PDF Nice-to-haves: - Problem-solving skills and ability to find creative solutions - Quick learner who can adapt to changes and challenges - Enjoy helping others and maintaining composure under pressure - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Self-motivated and proactive in taking on new challenges To succeed in this role, you should have a solid understanding of the IT industry and technology, be able to learn new things independently, and demonstrate a proactive and driven attitude towards work.
