Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Executive Trainee located in Delhi, India. The Executive Trainee will assist in day-to-day operations, engage in process documentation, and support workflow management. Responsibilities include contributing to project planning and execution, conducting research to assist in decision-making, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve organizational goals. The role also offers exposure to various technologies and enterprise solutions.

Qualifications

• Skills in Workflow Management, Process Documentation, and Project Planning
• Research and Analytical skills to support data-driven decision-making
• Collaboration and Communication skills for cross-functional teamwork
• Calendar Management
• Knowledge of emerging technologies such as AI, IoT, Blockchain, or Enterprise Automation is a plus
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or similar productivity tools
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field
• Ability to learn and adapt quickly in a dynamic work environment
