Role Overview: In any organization's Human Resources department, you will perform the delicate task of protecting the interests of key stakeholders such as employees and employers. For employers, your role will involve striving to improve the quality of talent, foster a harmonious employee-employer relationship, and ensure adherence to labor and employment laws. Key Responsibilities: - Conflict Resolution - Training and Development - Ensuring Employee Rights and maintaining a conducive workplace - Managing Employee Benefits, including: - Mediclaim Insurance - Personal Accident coverage - Canteen and Transportation facilities - Leave Benefits - Cafeteria - ESI and Provident fund - Cultural and Sports activities Qualification Required: - M.Sc. in Chemistry, Microbiology, Analytical, Biotechnology, or Biochemistry Additional Details: Providing information to employees about the company, its rules and regulations, and offering personal confidential assistance during times of crisis (personal or professional) is another essential responsibility of the HR department.
