Junior Executive Trainee

As a Junior Executive Trainee in the Human Resources department, your role will involve performing delicate tasks to protect the interests of key stakeholders such as employees and employers. For employees, you will work towards creating a better work environment by sensitizing management to their needs and assisting them in resolving daily workplace issues. On the other hand, for employers, you will focus on improving the quality of talent, fostering harmonious employee-employer relationships, and ensuring compliance with labor and employment laws. Key Responsibilities: - Conflict Resolution - Training and Development - Ensuring Employee Rights and maintaining a positive workplace environment - Managing Employee Benefits including: - Mediclaim Insurance - Personal Accident coverage - Canteen and Transportation facilities - Leave Benefits - Cafeteria - ESI and Provident fund - Organizing Cultural and Sports activities Additionally, you will be responsible for providing information to employees regarding company policies, rules, and regulations. You will also offer personal and confidential assistance during times of crisis, both personally and professionally.
