Executive Trainee

As a Postgraduate in any discipline from a reputed institution, you will be responsible for business growth at branches, including liabilities and assets management, team supervision, acquiring new clients, ensuring performance and statutory compliance, managing business operations, and ensuring branch compliance. Your primary focus will be on serving the rural population of India with a mindset geared towards rural development and marketing. Key Responsibilities: - Drive business growth at branches, focusing on both Liabilities and Assets - Manage and lead teams effectively - Acquire new clients to expand the customer base - Ensure performance and statutory compliance - Oversee branch operations to ensure smooth functioning Qualifications Required: - Postgraduate degree from a recognized institution - Specialization in Rural Development, Rural Marketing, Sales & Marketing preferred - Age should not exceed 26 years - Willingness to work in rural areas across India - Excellent written and oral communication skills - Strong analytical skills - Integrity and ethical conduct - Good sales and business acumen - Service and target orientation - Experience in branch banking and team management is a plus You will have the opportunity to work across various locations in India, contributing to the growth and development of rural communities.,
