Management Trainee Group Strategy & Operations

Location:

Role Summary

We’re hiring high-potential talent to work directly with senior leadership on cross-functional, high-impact initiatives. As a Management Trainee, you’ll be working across key teams—Operations, Finance, Procurement, Sales/Marketing, Digital/IT, Strategy, and HR—owning projects that improve performance, strengthen governance, and enable growth.

What You’ll Do

  • Be a force-multiplier to the Executive Director (ED):

    prepare briefs, decision memos, and pre-reads; structure agendas; track actions and ensure closure across owners.
  • Strategic research & insighting:

    run market scans, competitor/benchmark studies, TAM/SAM sizing, customer/segment analyses, and pricing/margin diagnostics; translate findings into choices.
  • Board & investor materials:

    build quarterly board decks and committee packs; draft narratives, maintain metrics baselines, and record minutes/action trackers.
  • Growth & transformation initiatives:

    scope and run 3–5 high-impact workstreams (e.g., new offerings, margin uplift, shared services/central procurement, digital enablement) with quantified outcomes

    .

  • Data-to-decisions:

    work with Finance/Analytics to ensure data integrity; convert dashboards into clear recommendations and trade-offs for the ED.
  • Run special projects for leadership:

    scope, plan, and execute initiatives with clear charters, timelines, and outcomes.
  • Process improvement:

    map “as-is” vs “to-be,” close control gaps, and standardize SOPs across departments/sites.
  • People & change:

    partner with HR on org design, role clarity, and change-management communications.

Qualifications

  • MBA/PGDM or B.E./B.Tech (Business, Operations, Finance, Analytics, or related).
  • 0–2 years (fresh graduates welcome) or up to 3–4 years early-career experience in consulting/ops/analytics preferred.
  • Strong problem-solving and structured thinking; excellent written & verbal communication.
  • Advanced Excel/Google Sheets & PowerPoint;

    nice-to-have:

    SQL or Python, and Power BI/Tableau.
  • Comfort with ambiguity, high ownership, integrity, and ability to work cross-functionally.
  • Willingness to travel to operations/sites as needed.
