Roles and Responsibility

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to onboarding.
  • Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers and other stakeholders.
  • Conduct interviews and assessments to identify the best candidates.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to ensure compliance with recruitment policies.
  • Analyze recruitment metrics to optimize the hiring process.
Job Requirements
  • Proven experience in talent acquisition, preferably in the CRM/ IT Enabled Services/BPO industry.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Proficient in using recruitment software and tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
