Job Description

Collaborate with Head Talent Acquisition and Regional hiring manager to execute life cycle recruiting plans.
Understand the manpower requirements and post job openings on internal job portal as well as external job portals.
Ensure all recruitment related documents such as CVs, offer letters.
Conduct recruitment related activities including preliminary screening, interviewing, and facilitate hiring of appropriate talent to meet business demands.
Ensure timely communication to the candidates on interview feedback.
Ensure proper background verification of new hires as per organizational guidelines.
Timely update recruitment MIS and provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the team.
