For details, please visit to www.bridgecounsels.com About the Role We are hiring an Executive Support Specialist to work directly with the Founder and the Managing Partner. This is a high-trust, coordination-focused role that involves managing schedules, organizing internal workflows, maintaining documentation, managing interns, and supporting key initiatives from behind the scenes. The role does not involve legal drafting or client advisory work. it is operational in nature and essential to ensuring clarity, structure, and execution in the day-to-day functioning of the firm. Key Responsibilities · Manage and prioritize the Managing Partner’s calendar, internal meetings, and schedules · Track internal deliverables, timelines, and team tasks, and ensure structured follow-ups · Coordinate and manage the firm’s internship program: - Assist with onboarding of interns—introductory sessions, documentation, and access setup - Maintain and update task trackers and submission logs - Schedule weekly check-ins, track assignments, and ensure timely delivery - Act as a liaison between interns and the Managing Partner - Maintain structured documentation on intern engagement and performance · Maintain internal records, documentation, meeting notes, and files · Handle logistics, travel planning, inbox organisation, and daily execution. Manage day-to-day operations of the Firm · Assist in organising internal planning sessions, review meetings, and firm initiatives · Support internal communications and knowledge-sharing logistics · Support non-promotional internal updates related to hiring, documentation, or operational processes Who We’re Looking For · 2–5 years of experience in executive support, administrative coordination, or operation Bachelor's degree in any degree is required; preference for candidate from commerce, management or humanities background · Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English · Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and follow-through · Professional discretion and reliability in handling confidential information · Proficiency in Google Workspace, MS Office, and task-tracking tools · Prior experience in legal consultancy, startup, or structured professional services environment is preferred] What You’ll Gain · A close-up view of how a structured legal services platform operates · The opportunity to work closely with leadership in a dynamic, high-accountability setting · A professional, well-structured work culture with room for growth · Exposure to legal-industry operations, execution planning, and team management · Long-term trust and learning across internal systems and workflows Show more Show less
